about this event

In sharing how to breed Victorians, Jason will show some of the fish he's spawned and some he is working with.  He will discuss how some are very hard and others easy to spawn.  Jason will share what foods he uses and what he does to condition them for spawning.

About Jason:  I have been keeping African cichlids since 1992  when my buddie told me that they had the most color without going salt water.  In 2006 I took on seriouis breeding and within three years earned the BAP's Master Breeder award.  Active in MAS and MCA.

In 2010 I wanted to go back to fish I had on my way to master breeder but couldn't find them.  So over the last two years I have switched over to 99.9% Victorians.  I have found some lof the species that I had, and I imported a few others.  My main focus is to maintan the fish and make sure they keep going in the hobby.
