Every year MAS brings in hundreds of aquairum plants for members to buy at cost. This is a way the society can help spread new species through the fishrooms of its members. Perhaps the green and red plants represent some Christmas spirit that we spread each December.

MAS will be bringing in hundreds of plants for members to try their hand at. Some of the plants will be new to the Midwest and others are not commonly available.
In November Travis gave us an overview of factors leading to successful plant growth. This month you have a great chance to put your new knowledge to work without spending a green fortune. Plants will be available for the new and experienced planted aquarium enthusiast. Milo Squires and Travis Gregar will be our hosts. They'll share more tips on success with plants and particular thoughts on species.

The Minnesota Aquarium Society holds monthly meetings in a room at King of Kings Lutheran Church. It is located just north of Hwy 36 and on the east side of Dale Street.
Please use the entry doors on the north side of the building. Overflow parking can be found on the south side of the church and across the street north and east of the entrance.
