Seller Registration of Species & Items

note: Seller rule effective as of October 2018:  All large items will be listed as Buy-It-Now for the first hour (until noon), so sellers must declare a Buy-It-Now price.  After the first hour, the tanks will be entered randomly throughout the auction, spaced from noon until the last item.
